We understand situations can arise that may require you to cancel your appointment. If you cancel your appointment a 24-hour notice is required. A service fee of 50% will be required for any cancelations with less than a 24-hour notice, The 50% service fee will be charged to the card on file and must be paid before booking your next appointment. We do allow a 15-minute grace period; however that time will be deducted from your service time.
No-Shows will be charged the full fee for the scheduled services, the card on file will be charged and the full fee must be paid before booking your next appointment.

You can cancel any appointment via the link in your confirmation email that is sent automatically after booking! Or you can text us at 404-668-4087 to let us know you are unable to make it.

Please let us know immediately if you are going to be late to your appointment by texting, calling, or emailing us! We have a 15-minute grace period for all appointments, if you are going to be later than this, you may have to reschedule.

Yes, we require a non-refundable deposit when booking to secure your appointment. Your deposit will be deducted from your total.

Yes! If you want to schedule a consultation to speak with one of our experts, we’ll hold a charge of $50, but this amount will be credited to a treatment if you move forward.

Yes, we do! Our influencer partnerships are based on a variety of factors (account audience size, account aesthetic, brand alignment, etc.) If you would like to be considered, please email info@theskinengineeringspa.com with a bit more about you and your coverage plan.
